TN government should allow Sri Lankan players to play in Chennai on one condition. All the players playing at Chennai should wear BLACK BANDS moaning the innocent Tamils killed by the Ethnic cleansing, TN fishermen shot by Sri lankan navy and condemning the inhuman atrocities by Sri Lankan army during the war.
